US Porn Collector Sues His Parents For Discarding $25,000 Worth Of His Porn

Beth and Paul Werking have been told by a judge that they must compensate their son David for throwing out his X-rated possessions he valued at $25,000 or £19,000.

U.S. District Judge Paul Maloney ruled on December 10 that the Michigan couple must hand their son a yet-to-be-determined lump sum, to replace the rare “collection of pornography” and “array of intimacy gadgets.”

In their defence the couple explained that they told David not to bring with him his collection when he moved in after a divorce in late 2016.

The judge said: “This defense fails on both the facts and on the law. Plaintiff is entitled to summary judgment.”

It was not until their son moved out again in 2017 for Indiana, that his pornographic memorabilia went missing.

According to the lawsuit, Mr and Mrs Werking admitted to dumping dozens of porn boxes when probed on their whereabouts.

His dad said over email: “Frankly, David, I did you a big favor getting rid of all this stuff”

And he fired back: “You don’t have to take someone else’s stuff, and I would like it back, along with the intimacy gadgets… [and] 1 long container of slutty magazines.”

His parents also kept some of the porn — described as the “worst of the worst” — in a safety-deposit box because they feared it might be illegal, according to court papers.

David Werking’s lawyer Miles Greengard said: “This was a collection of often irreplaceable items and property”
