Manchester United inching closer to Villa’s Grealish

Manchester United are hoping to land Aston Villa skipper Jack Grealish this summer.

Jack Grealish has taken a step nearer joining Manchester United this summer after finding a house to buy in the North-West.

The Aston Villa star – who started his search earlier this year – has told friends that he has now found somewhere.

Manchester United have been tracking the Aston Villa captain, and United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has got him at the top of his summer shopping list.

Solskjaer, who is unsure how much money he will have to spend this summer, wants him to link up with Bruno Fernandes in United’s midfield.

Grealish has shone this season and seems certain to leave Villa this summer even if they are successful in their battle against relegation from the Premier League.

But Villa is determined to get every penny of the £80million valuation that they have placed on his head and are refusing to even consider any lower offers for him.

Jack Grealish was fouled nine times today against Chelsea, the most fouls on one player in a Premier League match this season.

The last player to be fouled as many times was Wilfried Zaha vs Man Utd in May 2017 (10).
