Singer, Lamboginy Lawanson, has once again spoken up for prisoners awaiting trials for years in Nigerian prisons. He took his protest down to the International Human Rights Summit at the United Nations.

Dressed as a prisoner, Lamboginy Lawanson protested for the ”49,875” prison inmates awaiting trials for years in prisons across Nigeria.

Twitter user @HayWhySpeaks who shared the photo, wrote;

Lamboginy Lawanson dressed as a prison inmate to attend the International Human Rights Summit at the United Nations. He is using the opportunity to speak up for the 49,875 prison inmates awaiting trials for years in prisons across Nigeria.
