Yung Giant, young rapper from Houston recently released a new track titled “College Life” and he said he got the inspiration from Cosby’s support for Historically Black Colleges & Universities.

Bill Cosby was given several honorary degrees from more than 50 Historically Black Colleges & Universities even though most of them got revoked after allegations of sexual assault.

The legendary TV man now believes the young rapper is making people aware of his “wrong” arrest and has urged Snoop Dogg, Will Smith and Diddy to assist the upcoming artist.

The Blast reports that Yung Giant is of the opinion that Cosby was the source of inspiration for the hip-hop community with his resistance, hanging on to his innocence, and describing himself as a “political prisoner.”

Cosby’s attorney mentioned that Camilla Cosby played the tune for the comedian during a phone call on Wednesday and the comedian hailed Yung Giant’s work.

Bill said in a statement, “Education is the Revolution. Music, no matter what genre, should always be Uplifting and Inspirational. Will Smith, P. Diddy and/or Snoop Dogg should jump on Yung Giant and not come back limping.”

Yung Giant’s reps also noted, “Dr. Cosby has polarized that ‘no’ Black Man in America is safe from being a victim of the justice system,” adding that, “No matter how much wealth — we’re still a target for racist hatred.”
