One James Solomon, who has been claiming to be a naval officer attached to the office of the Chief of Naval Staff in Calabar, for a while has been nabbed.
Rear Admiral Julius Nwagu, the commander, Nigerian Navy Ship Victory, while confirming the news said the 25-year-old imposter has confessed to the crime and would be handed over to the Police for prosecution soon.
Upon his arrest, items recovered from him included the Nigerian Navy camouflage,a fake Nigerian Navy Identity Card, copies of recruitment forms and applicants credentials for the Navy, ATM cards, and a computer.
