Rapper ,DMX has been released from prison .The first thing he did was head to breakfast with his fiancee and son.
The 48 year old been in the prison serving nearly a year for tax evasion. He was sentenced by a federal judge last March, and ordered to pay $2.3 million in restitution.
TMZ reported he must now enter outpatient programs for substance abuse and mental health.
