Kanye West is insisting Trump friendship had nothing to do with falling sales of his Yeezy shoe line.The rapper released his Yeezy Mauve 700 on Saturday, but unlike previous release, it did not instantly sell out.
A new report from Showbiz411 claimed West’s fashion empire has suffered as a result of his polarizing political persona – who maintains a close friendship with Donald Trump and has claimed that ‘slavery is a choice’.
However sources told TMZ that this was because ten-times as many shoes were made available, and that sales were in fact very strong, selling way more than predecessors.
