The suspect has been named by police as gamer David Katz, a 24-year-old from Baltimore, Maryland.

Katz is believed to have crashed out of the Madden NFL video game tournament in the Florida city and reacted by opening fire at fellow gamers and bystanders.

Three people, including the gunman, were killed and 11 were wounded by gunfire.

Katz’s online profile was ‘Bread’ or ‘RavensChamp’.
