Ghana police command has arrested a 5-month pregnant woman for beating her husband’s side chic.
The said woman was also arraigned and jailed for two years.
Reports have it that the woman’s husband had brought his girlfriend to their house and allegedly gave her his wife’s cloth to wear.
The wife who went to jail with her 1-year-old son, out of anger confronted the lady and a fight ensued which resulted in her hitting the lady with a sandal and was jailed for assault.
The convict was also fined 1400 Ghs and asked to pay another 2000 Ghs for the injuries caused to the victim. Since being jailed, her husband has not visited her.
