Samuel Ortom, the Benue State Governor,has maintained that he is no longer a member of the ruling party, APC. Ortom also disclosed that he is yet to join a new political party.
Recall the Governor on Monday, announced he has left APC after receiving a red card from members of the party in the state. The party’s National leader Adams Oshiomole, however denied this.
In a new interview with The Nation, Governor Ortom maintained he has left APC. In his words;
“Like I said earlier, I have been given a red card and I’m without a party. Maybe those who want to sign me are behind the posters, but I am yet to join any party.” he said
