A Nigerian doctor by the handle @KaiserVirtuoso, has shared how his friends helped him overcome depression that took over his life for 6 months.
In his words;
“I battled depression for 6 Months and these guys flew in to another country to stage an intervention, reminded me who I was in Christ and encouraged my ass over games of FIFA. A squad.”
Not stopping there he also gave those still depressed an advice on how to overcome it.
