The police in Kenya are currently searching for an officer who reportedly gunned down his girlfriend and their 5-year old kid in what is believed to be a crime of passion.
The officer identified as Cosmas Biwott is attached to Anti-Stock Theft Unit camp in Subukia, Nakuru.
Reports have it that the officer on the day the incident happened got hold of a GR rifle belonging to another officer and shot his girlfriend Jane Njoki, 25, and their 5-year old daughter. Jane was shot on the head, back and right buttocks, while the child sustained fatal gunshot wounds to her stomach.
