Onyeama made this known to newsmen following the Federal Executive Council meeting that took place yesterday, December 6th.
He also disclosed that the Federal government is currently in talks with officials of Nigeria’s Charge D’Affairs in Libya to ascertain the number of Nigerians held up in Libya detention centers to enable them speed up action in bringing them back home.
Onyeama also said information gotten from officers shows that some Nigerians are unwilling to come back home. ‘The charge d’affairs officials have said a number of Nigerians, not all of them, do not want to come back home. Certainly, it has to be only those that want to come back home’. he said
