Fugitive known as “The King of Bling” taunts cops with celeb selfies in Dubai

A fugitive branded the King of Bling has taunted cops by partying in Dubai with celebs Anthony Joshua and Gordon Ramsay .

Starstruck Adam Ali, 29, was snapped grinning while putting his hand on boxing champ Joshua’s shoulder and also posing for a selfie with chef Ramsay from TV’s Kitchen Nightmares.

He should be serving time in a British jail after being convicted of possessing ammunition.

But he dodged court and went on the run to the glitzy emirate 4,000 miles away just two days before being sentenced to two and a half years.

A source told the Sunday People last night:

“It’s disgusting that Ali is being allowed to behave like this.
“He should be arrested and deported to Britain immediately to face his punishment.
“Instead it shockingly looks like he’s living the high life in Dubai and acting like he hasn’t got a care in the world.”

Prosecutor John Greenan said:

“This defendant is believed to be abroad at the moment.
“He seems to have obtained a passport in a different name.
“So he has gone to fairly significant measures to absent himself from these proceedings.”

Mr Greenan confirmed it was Ali’s second trial in his absence “since he decided to go to Dubai”.

Judge Martin Beddoe said a two-and-a-half-year sentence already awaits the fugitive “when the long arm of the law manages to reach out and take hold of him”.
