Nigerian lady who claims to be in Nigeria’s Armed Forces, blames victims over rape and admire rapist’s penis

@FirstLadyIbiene, a twitter user who claims to work for the Nigerian Armed Forces, has caused an uproar online after supprted a rapist.
The woman, reacting to the photo of the rapist who disguised himself to work for a couple with 4 daughters so as to rape them said the rapist has a nice penis.
