Star Trek actor George Takei is the latest Hollywood act to be accused of sexual assault. According to reports, he is been accused of sexually assaulting a former model in 1981.

The former model Scott R. Brunton alleged the star, who is famous for his role as Hikaru Sulo in the Star Trek TV series and Nakamura in ‘Heroes’, groped him at a Los Angeles bar when he was 23 and had just moved to Hollywood. George was either 43 or 44 at the time.

Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter , former model and actor Scott said the pair initially exchanged numbers and would talk every so often as well as bump into each other at clubs.

When Scott broke up with his boyfriend, George – now 80 – called him and invited him to dinner and a theatre show, claims Brunton.

Brunton told the publication that George, who appeared on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here in 2008, was a good shoulder to cry on following the split as he was “a great ear”.

Later on, the pair then went back to George’s home for a drink.

“We have the drink and he asks if I would like another,” Brunton said. “And I said sure. So, I have the second one, and then all of a sudden, I begin feeling very disoriented and dizzy, and I thought I was going to pass out.

“I said I need to sit down and he said sit over here and he had the giant yellow beanbag chair. So I sat down in that and leaned my head back and I must have passed out.”

Scottt alleges the actor then tried to take his underwear off and groped his crotch.

He went on: “The next thing I remember I was coming to and he had my pants down around my ankles and he was groping my crotch and trying to get my underwear off and feeling me up at the same time, trying to get his hands down my underwear. I came to and said, ‘What are you doing?!’ I said, ‘I don’t want to do this.’

The actor then allegedly told him to relax before Scott tried to push him off.

“He goes, ‘You need to relax. I am just trying to make you comfortable. Get comfortable.’ And I said, ‘No. I don’t want to do this.’ And I pushed him off and he said, ‘OK, fine.’ And I said I am going to go and he said, ‘If you feel you must. You’re in no condition to drive.’

“I said, ‘I don’t care I want to go.’ So I managed to get my pants up and compose myself and I was just shocked. I walked out and went to my car until I felt well enough to drive home, and that was that,” Scott claimed.

The publication also spoke to four of Brunton’s friends who said he had told them about the alleged incident years ago.

George’s representaive said: “George is travelling in Japan and Australia and not reachable for comment.”
