Khloe Kardashian revealed on Twitter over the weekend that she had stopped breastfeeding her three-month-old daughter True Thompson.
And sources revealed on Tuesday that Khloé Kardashian didn’t initially want to open up about her difficulties producing milk, worrying that she would be ‘judged’ for stopping nursing so early.
According to People’s insiders, the 34-year-old first time mom always wanted to breastfeed but had to listen to her body.
Khloé always wanted to breastfeed as long as she could,’ they said.
Before True was born, she was really excited about it and about having that bonding experience.’
But her ability to nurse just didn’t work out.
She had to supplement and was worried people would judge her but then realized she wanted to be open and honest,’ they continued.
‘She was very aware of being healthy and keeping up her supply as much as she could. She ate enough food, she drank a ton of water and she eased into working out, so that she didn’t overdo it.’
The source also added that Khloé is an amazing and natural mom to True and is now in a strong place where she isn’t going to listen to any criticism about her parenting choices.
