A man threw an explosive at the U.S. Embassy in Montenegro before blowing himself up after midnight on Thursday.
The suspect threw an explosive device — thought to be a hand grenade — on the grounds of the U.S. Embassy compound in the capital of Podgorica around 12:30 a.m.before committing suicide, according to the government of Montenegro.
No one else is thought to be injured in the attack.The NY Times reports .
The suspect has not been identified and the motive behind the attack remains unclear.
