Outgoing Anambra Firstlady, Ebelechukwu Obiano slaps Bianca Ojukwu at the swear-in ceremony of Charles Soludo as the Governor of Anambra state.
Eye witness revealed that the scene was at the presence of the ex- governor Obiano when Mrs Obiano stepped in the front row of the seat and slapped the late Ojukwu’s Wife.
It was gathered that security operatives stepped in and stopped the fight and governor Obiano left shortly after.
