Sabrina Dhowre-Elba has revealed that she has tested positive for Coronavirus after self-isolating with her husband, Idris Elba who was confirmed of the virus some days ago
During the first episode of Oprah Winfrey’s new Apple TV+ series Oprah Talks, the 30-year-old wife of Idris Elba revealed that she too has been diagnosed with the virus.
“Actually, I found out this morning, Oprah, that I tested positive,” Sabrina shared as she and the 47-year-old actor chatted with Oprah via FaceTime.
Sabrina then went on to address the criticism she faced for not distancing herself from Idris after he tested positive for the Coronavirus.
“I wanted to be with him,” Sabrina said. “That’s the instinct of a wife. You want to go and take care.”
Sabrina then talked about how she is feeling and said that she isn’t experiencing any of the coronavirus symptoms right now.
I don’t feel anything that would come to what people would now expect to be a symptom of coronavirus, which is really strange,” Sabrina said. “It might change in the coming weeks, and we’ll keep everyone updated. But it is worrisome that we’re sitting here, two people, and … we’re asymptomatic.”
