Chelsea boss, Frank Lampard, has reacted to his side’s Premier League 2-2 draw against Leicester City on Saturday.
He also spoke on defender, Antonio Rudiger’s display against the Foxes.
A brace from Antonio Rudiger and two goals from Harvey Barnes and Ben Chilwell ensured both teams played a draw at the King Power Stadium.
“A fair point on the play,” Lampard was quoted by Football London as saying at his post-match.
“The first half I think we were the better team. I think it evened itself out.”
“We did miss Rudiger,” Lampard added. “He brings aggression and a presence.
“I think that is good. He is the more experienced of our centre-backs.
“I was delighted with his two goals.”
Chelsea will now take on Manchester United in their next Premier League fixture on February 17.
