A man and a woman who released photos of Emiliano Sala’s body lying in a morgue have been told they are likely to be sent to prison.
Sherry Bray, 48, and Christopher Ashford, 62, accessed CCTV footage of the post-mortem examination of the 28-year-old Cardiff City forward and they released the photos revealing the scale of Sala’s injuries on social media.
Bray faced charges of computer misuse, perverting the course of justice and sending an indecent or offensive image. Ashford faces six charges of computer misuse.
Sala, 28, died in a plane crash earlier this year when the plane he was in crashed as he flew to the UK.
