Former FC Robo Queens and Avaldnes forward, Rasheedat Ajibade scored two goals as her Spanish Primera Iberdrola side, Atletico Madrid defeated Betis 6-1 on Saturday.
Ajibade opened the scoring for Atletico Madrid in the tenth minute before Paula Perea equalised for Betis seven minutes later.
Leicy Maria Santos restored Atletico Madrid’s lead in the 34th minute.
Rasheedat Ajibade converted Atletico Madrid’s third with her second goal of the game in the additional minutes of the first half.
Three more goals in the second half by Barbara Latorre, Thembi Kgatlana, and Ludmila completed the rout.
Rasheedat Ajibade saw 75 minutes of action before she was replaced by Ludmila.
She has scored three goals in eleven league games for Atletico Madrid this season.
Atletico Madrid occupies the third position on the Spanish Primera Iberdrola table with 28 points from 14 games and will next face Athletic Bilbao on December 22.
