Nollywood actor, Olanrewaju Omiyinka aka Baba Ijesha has been granted bail of two million naira.
According to the ruling of Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo of the Ikeja Special Offences Court, She stated that the actor is charged with six-count charge for defiling a minor, sexual assault, attempted sexual assault by penetration, and sexual assault by penetration is to be released on bail, Daily Post reports.
It was reported that the court session held today is concluded on the grounds that the defendant must produce two sureties; a blood relative of Baba Ijesha and the other must be a lawyer.
Baba Ijesha, however, will remain in custody till the bail of two million naira and the two sureties are met.
