A slang has been circulating the internet during this EndSARS Protest and most of us do not know how or who initiator of the slang. The slang was Originated by a popular Nigerian Yoruba Actresses named Toyin Afolayan.
Toyin Afolayan is a Nigerian film actress and an aunt to Nigerian film actor Kunle Afolayan. She was born in Agbamu, Kwara State on September 24, 1959. She is also known as Lola Idije.
Toyin Afolayan has acted so many movies mostly Yoruba movies. She has been in the industry for many years.
She is the initiator of the popular internet slang “Soro Soke Werey”. The slang is used by the EndSars protesters in Nigeria to tell that Government should Speak Up and Louder on the excess of the SARS Police unit in the country.
So many Nigerians find this Slang “Soro Soke Werey” funny because of the way it sounds.
