Popular Ghanaian actress, Yvonne Nelson had an exchange with a critic recently where she told the latter that “marriage isn’t an achievement”.
The lovely actress and filmmaker had taken to her IG page to share a photo of herself and gave it the caption,
“Happiness is a form of courage“.
Reacting to her post, one of her followers then took to the comment section to ask her when she’ll be getting married, cause she’s “becoming old”.
Responding to the comment, the actress then stressed her stance on marriage not being achievement and then listed out the things she considers to be achievements.
The troll still pestered and said that having kids and not having a man is “fruitless” [sic]…
to which the actress responded and pointed out his ignorance and misunderstanding of what she’d initially written.
