In the Video making rounds online, the officer was wrapping up the smoke as well as puffing it, this has however drawn reactions from online users claiming it is how they later kill innocent citizens after getting high.

He will finish smoking it now then everyone all of sudden in his eyes becomes a criminal. when you ask him simple questions, he will shoot you. They will call it accidental discharge and blame it on the devil. Balu!😂
