Babies bring joy into the world and we can say that the month of August definitely gave us a lot of amazing cute babies. Almost everyone we know, had a baby this month or knows someone who had a baby this month and it was celebrations on all fronts.
Some of our favourite celebrities Also welcomed their bundles of joy this month. Hitting us by surprise as they made news on social media, here are some celebrities who had babies this month.
1. Toyin Aimaku Abraham & Kolawole Ajeyemi
– This was probably the first and biggest celebrity baby news this month as social media instantly became flooded with congratulatory posts. The couple who were initially reported to be getting engaged confirmed all rumours with the announcement of a baby boy on the 14th of August 2019. They also released photos from their engagement as well as the baby bump shoot photos and a baby shower video.
2. Tunde Owokoniran
– Popular Nollywood actor Tunde Owokoniran also announced the arrival of a baby boy with his wife in the United States on the 18th of August 2019.
3. Ruth Kadiri
– She briefly announced her pregnancy and shortly after she also announced the arrival of her baby girl on the 26th of August 2019.
4. Tokunbor Idowu (Tboss)
– Popularly known as TBoss, the Big Brother Naija Star also cleared the air as there had been rumours and speculations about her being pregnant which she initially denied. She however stated in her announcement on the 26th of August that her pregnancy was only known to a few friends and family and also a few fans that saw her out on a few occasions and she wanted to hold on till she was comfortable announcing the arrival of her baby. We do have cause to believe it is a baby girl.
5. Ronke Odusanya (Flakky Ididowo) & Jago – Ronke also announced the arrival of a cute baby girl on the 19th of August 2019 with her husband Jago.
It was indeed a festival of babies this month. Congratulations to all the new August parents and we also wish the expecting mothers a smooth and safe delivery as well.
