There was a disruption in the Imo state Government House in Owerri yesterday as some sacked civil servants visited Imo state governor, Emeka Ihedioha in the Government House to plead for reinstatement.
Recall that the governor investigated several cases of illegal employment in the Imo state Civil service earlier this year which led to sacking a lot of Imo state civil servants.
The Civil servants were seen at the government house pleading with Governor with tears in their eyes, wailing loudly and pleading for mercy. Few moments later, the governor with his convoy bound out.
The governor opened his car door and had a few conversation with his Aides after which he left the area.
