Rapper Meek Mill is set to receive a state key for his efforts to reform criminal justice.
The talented rapper who will be performing at the XFINITY Theatre in Hartford, on Tuesday, according to reports, will be given a state key by Connecticut State Rep. Brandon McGee. Meek will also receive a state-level proclamation declaring March 19, 2019, as “Meek Mill Day.”
Meek has already been honored like this from Houston and Philadelphia.
