Ace rapper Chance The Rapper’s has opened up on how he met his wife, Kristen Corley. The couple are childhood sweethearts but not much is known about how they met.
Chance took to Twitter to share the story, detailing their special love story, revealing that it all began at the age of 9.

Sharing a photo of young Kristen from the exact day they first met, he said his mother had gone to a work party and the 9-year old he was, had no interest in being there. He sat in a corner until a pleasant surprise showed up.

A few months ago, the couple ere ht with a child support controversy with op-ed claimingCorley’s child support petition read thus; “Kirsten is essentially being held hostage in Chancelor’s residence as, on one hand, he will not assist her with the support necessary to obtain her own residence unless this entire matter is resolved on his terms, yet on the other hand, Kirsten does not have knowledge of what specific objections Chancelor has to her counter proposal and therefore, it would be impossible to resolve.”
Chance, of course, responded to the rumours saying he had;
“one modest rental apartment where Kirsten and [his daughter] currently reside. No one is able to spend money without limits, including himself.” He also noted that he is capable to “support the child in a lifestyle the child would have enjoyed had the parties remained in a relationship.”
The rapper also replied via a video on his IG page saying;
“Y’all better do y’all jobs and stop worrying about how good my family is,” he says. “Just a friendly reminder. Don’t let anybody get between you and your family.”
