President Buhari has continued to trend folowing the order he gave about anyone caught stealing ballot boxes during election day. According to the president, anyone caught should be dealt with.
Reno Omokri, the former aide to ex-president Goodluck Jonathan, has shared his thoughts on the order.
According to Reno, this will serve as an excuse for military personnel to kill just about anyone.
“The problem is not with #BuharisShootToKill order to the @HQNigerianArmyagainst ballot box snatchers. The issue is that any soldier can now kill anybody on Election Day and justify it by claiming (whether true or not) that the person was snatching ballot boxes. Even your brother.”
