A man has requested a woman refund the money he spent on their first date , after she cancelled the second .
A woman on Twitter, @sayhisophie, shared a screenshot of an exchange her mother had with a man who she had dinner with.
Sophie’s mum texted the man in part: “
I wish you lots of luck in finding your special person. Take care and it was nice meeting you.”
He then responded
“Oh dear,It’s expensive being rejected all the time. Please be kind enough to put 4.95 in my account.” He then shared his bank details.
The now viral tweet had mixed reactions .While some women said this is why he is single in the first place , some men supported his actions .
