People’s Redemption Party chosen candidate for the Kaduna Central Senatorial District, Senator Shehu Sani, has said contrary to reports, there is currently no security threat that can will eventually result in violence in Kaduna State.
The politician said that supporters of his ambition have not displayed any concern over a looming attack.
He also pointed out he had not been threatened or disturbed from partaking in lawful activities in his neighborhood.
His words, “The actual conduct of the election would determine whether there would be violence on the day of the election. If we have a free, fair and credible elections and people are satisfied that their votes actually count, there would be no need for crisis.
“It is only when the security agencies are used to manipulate the election and intimidate the voters that there could be an outbreak of violence because that would be going out of place.”
