21 Savage In Soup Again

Days after his release from ICE custody, 21 Savage is in another trouble.

According to TMZ, the rapper was scheduled to play a club gig in Southern Georgia, 3 years ago and he got a $9,500 payment up front from the promoter plus the $7,500 balance when he came through.

For some strange reason, 21 showed up, collected his balance and left without performing.

The promoter has now come out to claim that she was out $17,000.

She involved the cops in October 2016, filed a police report and then filed paperwork to obtain a felony warrant for what seemed like theft by deception. The warrant was actually issued, but sat for more than 2 years.

TMZ sources say, after 21 was arrested by ICE recently, the club owner made up her mind to pursue the criminal case. She proceeded to call the sheriff’s office to pick 21 up on the warrant.

Reports have it that 21 Savage is set to visit the Sheriff’s department soon to settle the matter before it escalates.

21’s lawyer, Abby Taylor, said to TMZ, “Mr. Joseph has committed no criminal offense. We look forward to an amicable resolution between the parties in the near future with no criminal implications whatsoever.”

The case must be dropped as soon as possible, as a felony could jeopardize the rapper’s chance to remain in the US.
