50 Cent is so angry with Floyd Mayweather right about now after the famous boxer said the whole Gucci blackface boycott was not for him in a recent interview.
Mayweather ignored the boycott and unleashed thousands of dollars at Gucci on Monday night, despite pleas from celebrities like T.I. and Spike Lee asking everyone to start shunning the brand.
They reason behind calls for the boycott has to do with a Gucci sweater that depicts blackface which people have tagged “racist.”
Mayweather had said to TMZ Sports that no one can tell him to what to do or how to spend his money or even what to spend his money on.
50 Cent must’ve been pissed by this statement and has been bashing the boxer since then, telling the him he has been “saying all the wrong sh*t” plus pleading with him to hire a publicist.
The popular rapper and “Power” TV Series CEO did not stop there, he capped it all up by posting a meme of Floyd in the blackface sweater.
It appears 50 Cent is not talking for the sake of it this time around as he has practiced what he is currently preaching.
He recently shared a video of himself burning a Gucci shirt while also saying he is giving out all of his Gucci stuff to charity because he won’t use the brand no more.
