TV Presenter and Host of BBNaija, Ebuka Uchendu has warned whom it may concern that campaigning on Instagram for a chance to be on the show might ensure you are not given the opportunity.
This is coming after photos of “aspiring contestants” placing their pictures next to the Big Brother Logo, pleading for support on their social media accounts, circulated the internet.
The fashionista saw the futility of such a move and decided to drop his 2 cents on it.
His words, “Like, are your followers the ones auditioning? Or you think if auditions were done on social media that wouldn’t have been specifically announced? I don’t get”
Continuing he wrote; “In fact, you’re probably even doing yourself more harm. A major element of Big Brother is secrecy and surprise but you think announcing your intentions on social media is a bright idea… Toh!”
Teddy A, former housemate also had his say, he said, “Please don’t tell them, they will learn the hard way. Why they solicit for votes on social media like it’s a requirement. Our people don’t know how to follow simple instructions. BBN audition discreet pass secret cult initiation,” he said.
