Residents of a community in Akwa Ibom nabbed a gang of notorious thieves that have been terrorizing residents for a while now.
The gang who are known for snatching of phones and other valuable items at gunpoint were beaten blue-black upon being nabbed last night.
Luck ran out on them after they robbed a young man. They demanded for his phone, which he gave peacefully before raising an alarm.
Residents in the area pursued the running thieves until they were caught.4
