Juventus superstar, Cristiano Ronaldo has snagged the Best Player award at the 2019 Globe Soccer Awards.
The footballer took home the award for Player of the Year at the Globe Soccer Awards which was held at the Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai on Thursday night.
The five-time Ballon d’Or winner beat French footballers Kylian Mbappe and Antoine Griezmann to snag the award.
Receiving his award, he said;‘What better way to start the new year. Thanks for the appreciation and the care that I have received today.’
