Osun state Senator, Ademola Adeleke who also contested under the PDP umbrella for the Osun State governorship election last month has been accused of examination malpractice
Ademola Adeleke will now be arraigned along with four others, at a Federal High Court Abuja on October 31, 2018, for alleged examination malpractice.
He will face a four-count charge for impersonation and also registering as students of Ojo-Aro Community Grammar School, Ojo-Aro Osun State so as to enable him sit for the June/July 2017 NECO.
Alhaji Aregbesola Mufutau, principal of the school, Gbadamosi Thomas Ojo, school Registrar, Sikiru Adeleke and Dare Samuel Olutope, a teacher, are to be arraigned alongside Ademola Adeleke.
They will be arraigned before Justice I. E. Ekwoon on 31st October, 2018.
Adeleke who had been in recent Osun state governorship race, was declared wanted by the police four weeks ago over the offence and had asked him to report in the office of the Special Investigation Panel for prosecution.
