Ugandan police force has arrested a 31-year-old man who faked his own kidnap so he could scam his family of the sum of about N24,000.
The young man Jimmy Odyek, a resident of Ocukuru village in Lira district, Uganda, has since been arrested and charged with fraud after it was discovered that his abduction was a scam.
