Police officers called out to attend a ‘medical emergency’ in a Walmart parking lot found a man giving his wife oral sex in a parked car.
Frank Nei allegedly leaned over the passenger seat to perform the sex act on his spouse Shantell, who was lying back in her seat half-naked.,The Smoking Gun reports.
The couple, both 32, were approached by police officers outside the store in Mantoko, Minn. on Saturday evening over fears one was in medical distress. But after Officer Steve Hoppe realized what was going on, he banged on the pair’s van window and shouted at them to stop.
After the couple’s names were put into a police database, it was further discovered that Frank had been ordered by a court to avoid contact with Shantell following 2017 domestic assault conviction. The couple, who wed in 2010, were both charged with indecent exposure. Frank was also charged with violating a court order, while Shantell faces counts of DWI and driving after suspension.
