Chloe Green showed off her incredible post-baby body as she enjoyed a family getaway on a super yacht in Capri, Italy, on Thursday.
The Topshop heiress, 27, was joined by her ‘Hot Felon’ beau, Jeremy Meeks, 34, as well as her parents, Sir Philip and Tina Green, on their idyllic Italian getaway.
They welcomed their first child together, a baby boy called Jayden Meeks-Green, just weeks ago.
