Yesterday,a video of a female corper being disgraced went viral after it was claimed she stole an iphone in a corpers lodge and then negotiated with the owner to retrieve the phone in exchange for N50,000.
According to reports, they arranged to meet at a mall ams when she showed up,she was embarrased, filmed ,with the video uploaded on socialmedia .
In the video, she maintained she was innocent and even asked them to take her to the police station. She claimed she owns an Iphone,a car and there is no reason for her to steal the phone .
Her friends took to socialmedia to corroborate her story with some claiming she seized the phone from a debtor, unknown to her it was a stolen phone.
While she hasn’t categorically explained her side of the story, she wrote
My name is Jojo. My attention has been drawn to a video of me online which has been widely circulated by blogs. I am not a thief neither did I steal any iPhone belonging to one Judith Ujah (the maker of the video). The matter is currently been investigated and my lawyers are involved. I will make a concise statement on this matter in due time. In the meantime, I implore the concerned blogs to take down the video. I am indeed grateful to everyone for the love, support and prayers. God bless you all.
