A laborer in Benue state has allegedly been beaten to stupor by some thugs linked to a Benue lawmaker Hon. (Mrs.) Ngohemba Lydia Utsaha Agaigbe, for daring to demand for his money from her.
According to activist Barti Nor, via a post on his social media page;
“This young man is by name Nam, He was contracted by Mrs Agagbie who is a member Benue state house of Assembly for a Job.
After the work, Mrs Agagbie according to him was supposed to pay him a balance of One hundred and thirty thousand Naira (#130000). All his efforts to get his balance by pleading prove abortive. The BSHAM gave him thirty thousand out of the total amount and promised to pay the remaining within a stipulated Time.
This young man approached her again and her children who happens to be her PA’s locked him up at the police station for disturbing their mother, he was later released on bail to his Grandmother Mrs Atiev who happens to be A top APC mother at Mbaaka Ushongo LGA of Benue state.
The young man Mr Nam approached the Hon member Mrs Agagbie again and was still locked up by the children again and released..
He has been looking for ways to get his balance to no avail only for him to meet up with her today, he insisted on his money, and refused to go until Some Pocho linking guys who were with her beat up Mr Nam to the point of death. .
One of his eye bleeds blood and body parts dislocated. I know Some top APC members close to her are reading this, Pls advice Her to pay up this poor boys balance as will as pay for his hospital bills. .
This is not Good representation, this is An abuse of human right and the law of labour. This are the people destroying Gov Samuel Ortoms Administration. So a laborers wages now is Beating? God have mercy.”
This is a sad news to hear. these are people that are destroying the Buhari/ortom adminstration. that lady needs to be punish for her bad leadership an power of intimidation with the influence of money an opportunity. without delay, she should compensate the young boy with five million naira for molestation an breach of trust.
