Cameron Diaz has confirmed that she is ‘actually retired.’
There has been much speculation about her status after the 45-year-old actress stepped back from the spotlight in recent years.
During a Sweetest Thing reunion interview with Cameron, Selma and Christina Applegate that Entertainment Weekly published on Thursday, Cameron admitted she had retired.
When the trio revealed they hadn’t got together since filming the 2002 movie. Cameron asked:
‘Goddamn it, why not?’
‘I don’t know. You guys tell me. I see Selma,’ Christina, 46, replied, to which Selma added, ‘Our kids are friends. Cameron?’
‘That’s so awesome,’ Cameron replied. ‘I’m totally down. I’m…actu retired, so I would love to see you ladies.’
