Nick Gordon has been re-arrested after hanging out with his girlfriend following his release on bail. last week,Gordon was arrested after he reportedly beat up his girlfriend Laura Leal. After he was locked up, Leal pleaded with a judge to drop the no-contact order.
The judge rejected her plea but Gordon made bail and went home. However, he was ordered not to contact Leal after his release,but,according to an arrest report obtained by The Blast, Gordon told police that Leal used his security code to get into his home where he says they were “just hanging out.” Leal told police the same story and insisted that she wasn’t in fear of her safety.
Regardless, Gordon violated his agreement with the judge and was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of violating his conditional release.
He’s scheduled to appear in court today!
