New reports confirm that abducted Ypbe schoolgirls have been rescued.
According to DailyTrust, the girls were rescued by the military. They were rescued at Jilli-Muwarti, a border village between Gaidam in Yobe state and Borno State.
A security source who spoke to DailyTrust confirmed that the students are on their way to Gaidam in Yobe state for medical check-up before proceeding to Damaturu, the state capital.
