A victim of domestic violence Joan Ukeri, took to Twitter to talk about her experience in marriage.
According to Joan, she was married for a year but had to run due to her husband’s violence and knack for abusing her.

After a year of trial, I came to the conclusion that my life was more important than the marriage….domestic violence can’t be cured.’
