The queen of hip-hop soul,Mary J Blige is starting her year 20018 on a fabulous note.After her surprise Oscar nomination,things seem to be looking up for the star.
She covers the New York magazine’s spring issue where she showed off major skin in fabulous outfits.
In July 2017,she was ordered to pay estranged husband and former manager Martin “Kendu” Isaacs $30,000 a month in temporary spousal support.
Blige has mountains of debt and owes million to the IRS. Plus sheâs paying Isaacs $30,000 a month in spousal support.She told the magazine
âYou have to pay those taxes,â âItâs good to see what you have and what you donât have â and why are we paying this person $5,000 a week?â
âI hate pain, but I know how to deal with it,â Blige said. âTo do the assignment God has sent me to do, I have to live certain things. And unfortunately Iâm constantly living it. You understand what Iâm saying? Itâs like trying to talk to a prison class, but youâve never been to prison.â
